The release of Version 2.5.5 of the BforeAI platform is designed to enhance your interaction with our platform and provide a more responsive and personalized user experience. This update includes significant improvements in user management, introduces user roles and permissions, and expands threat visibility.

Enhanced User Management

Managing users within the client panel just got easier and more flexible. Previously, the user management system was limited, making it difficult to effectively handle unaccepted invites, inactive users, and security requirements. With this update, administrators can now remove pending user invitations, completely remove users from the account, and easily initiate password resets. Additionally, editing user information is now streamlined, providing a more efficient and user-friendly experience.

Introducing User Roles and Permissions

User Roles is a new page made to enhances security and streamlining collaboration within our platform. This feature allows you to assign roles that best suit each user’s needs, improving control and flexibility.

Admins have full access to all functionalities, ensuring they can manage the platform comprehensively. Technical users can navigate the core workflow, from threat exploration to takedown requests, while Read-Only users can stay informed without making any changes. This role-based access ensures tasks are focused, and security risks are minimized, fostering a secure and efficient collaboration environment.

Expanded Threat Visibility

Responding to your feedback, we are excited to introduce a preview of our enhanced threat detection experience, now with expanded threat visibility. Previously, only confirmed threats were displayed on your dashboard. With this preview, you can now access a broader range of detections, including suspicious domains, potential trademark issues, and discarded threats.

This subpage offers dedicated tabs for threats under analysis, trademark issues, and discarded ones, giving you a deeper view of PreCrime processing capabilities.

Please note that this is a limited experience, providing only a glance at the enhanced capabilities to come. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to refine and improve our threat detection system.

Bug Fixes

We have also addressed several key issues in this release:

• User information was previously uneditable, but this has now been fixed.
• Adding subdomains as brands caused a 500 internal server error, which has been resolved.
